SJGO - Shine Junior GK Olympiad

The Shine Junior GK Olympiad aims to encourage students to take active interest in current events around the world and general awareness and knowledge of their surroundings.

SJGO also aims to instill a temperament for quizzing in the students while they are young. General Knowledge and current affairs is also a major component of the syllabi of the majority of the competitive exams in the country.

Shine Junior GK Olympiad prepares students for these competitive exams by nurturing a habit of constantly updating and revising their GK and Current Affairs.

  • The Olympiad exam will have a total of 35 questions as per the table above.
  • 1 Mark shall be given for every correct answer.
  • There shall be no Negative marking.
  • Students shall be given 60 minutes to complete the test.
  • Percentile Ranks shall be given to all students.
  • Toppers shall be decided from the top percentile ranks on the basis of raw scores and time taken by the student to complete the exam.
